The Drip is an original, weekly radio show, highlighting modern-day instrumental surf music, and the pioneers who inspired it. The show endeavors to be as informative as it is entertaining with background stories, history, and context to accompany the music that is played. Tune in every Tuesday from 5-6 p.m. for your weekly tropical contact high as the sounds of sun, sand and surf spill from your speakers.

Your host is Whitehorse-based surf-guitarist and frontman of The Surfmasters, Patrick “Sunny Jake” Jacobson. He is Red River Métis, a certified citizen of the Manitoba Métis Federation, and a citizen of the Métis Nation. He holds a Certificate of Advanced Arts & Entertainment Management from Capilano University and has worked as a songwriter, recording artist, and touring performer for more than 25 years.

Hosted by Sunny Jake, Tuesdays from 5-6pm on CJUC 92.5FM in Whitehorse.
