Shapes engaging, consistent programming and supports show hosts
Responsibilities
- Sets overall programming direction and priorities
- Develops programming strategy with the Programming & music team
- Leads decisions on show additions, renewals, cancellations
- Maintains programming standards and values
- Acts as primary contact for hosts on programming matters
- Recruits, onboards, trains, and supports volunteers
- Coordinates live, pre-recorded, and special programming
