CJUC 92.5FM is powered by our community. We’re operated by the Utility Consumer’s Group Society, a registered non-profit in the Yukon. When donating through Zeffy, you can set the tip amount to 0% so that 100% of your contribution goes directly to the station.

Operating Expenses
CJUC’s core operating budget is only $7,900 / year.  Your donations go towards rent, insurance, internet, and administration – the minimum required to keep the studio running and the signal broadcasting.

Revenue
CJUC’s revenue comes from a mix of community donations and local advertising, which together make up the majority of our income.  We also earn a small amount from record sales and merchandise, helping our support our volunteers and local music programming.
